Monthly Newsletter - Month Sixteen

Thomas just keeps getting better and better, this month he’s done so many new things I’m sure I’ve forgotten half of them! He’s turning into a proper little boy and is completely obsessed by all vehicles, he “bruummmmms” away at everything and loves having a car to carry about. It’s amazing the way he learns, we have a book with boats in and he didn’t brumm at them until after we took him to the sea-side and he saw real boats making noise, as soon as we got home he was brumming at the boats in the book. He’s also been to see the steam trains this month which was a huge hit. He’s now train mad!

He’s not picked up many new words this month although he can now say arroorroo – which accompanied with a point to the sky means he can hear an aeroplane. This month we got two Guinea Pigs which he loves – he makes kissing noises and grunts whenever he wants to go see them. (He’s still a bit confused about the difference between pigs and guinea pigs!).

His mobility is getting scary, he can open doors at his Nannas house and can reach the key in our kitchen door – he also loves closing that while we’re outside so we don’t keep the key in the door anymore! He can climb onto chairs now and loves to climb up and down from our new decking.
